Limitation of Liability
Tesuto Systems has no liability arising out of any injury to individuals or damage to property as a result of the ownership, possession, or in connection with the use of any product manufactured, sold, or delivered by Tesuto Systems.
Purchase Orders
Tesuto accepts PO orders for either breakout boxes, design services and cable assemblies. Please contact us at sales@tesutosys.com or using our Contact Page for inquiries and price quotes. Depending on the order amount, we may require some advanced payment upfront. We accept up to NET-30 terms for purchase orders. Late fees may be applied for invoices that are not settled by the due date according to the purchase order terms.
Payment by Check
Check payments are only accepted from US bank issued Cashier Checks, Personal Checks or Company Checks in US Dollars. Shopping cart orders made using our online store using Check as the payment option will be processed only after funds have been received and cleared.
Payment by Credit Card
Credit Card payments over $2,000 are subject to a 3% surcharge.
Backorders
Lead time for backordered items is typically 4-6 weeks. When items are backordered, we will make every attempt to fill the order as soon as possible and will notify the customer of the anticipated fulfillment date.
Personal Data Privacy
Data collected when making purchases on this site is used for payment processing only and for order tracking.
Return Policy
We accept the return of products due to defects in manufacturing for up 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact support@tesutosys.com about returns due to manufacturing defects. We also accept returns from customers for any other reason for up to 30 days after date of purchase, customer is responsible for shipping costs, please contact sales@tesutosys.com for returns.
Order Acceptance
Tesuto Systems reserves the right to cancel any order at any time even after order has been placed and received. In the event of order cancellation by Tesuto Systems, a full refund will be processed.
Shipping
In stock items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days from time of purchase and ship via USPS Priority Mail for domestic and international orders. For US based domestic orders, expedited shipping is available via USPS Priority Express and must be selected at time of checkout.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of California are subject to sales tax.
Custom Design Copyrights
Tesuto Systems can and will on occasion provide custom breakout box designs for customers. Except when specified otherwise by agreement, Tesuto Systems maintains copyrights and intellectual property rights of any customized breakout box, including the right to reproduce and sell such designs.
