This 37-channel MIL-DTL-38999 circular connector breakout box features a rugged, high-impact resistant design for demanding test environments. It offers low contact resistance between test points and the panel-mounted receptacle connectors, ensuring reliable signal access. Built-in silicone rubber corner guards and durable thermoplastic edge frames provide added protection, while an integrated carrying handle enhances portability. A dedicated chassis ground test point (white) enables grounding of the enclosure and connection to the system’s outer shield. The unit includes 74 insulated red and black banana jack test points, compatible with standard 0.17 in (4 mm) banana plugs. High voltage Insulation Resistance testing is performance on all breakout boxes to ensure electrical integrity according to the specifications.
